How do I purchase services?
Purchasing services through the ReTune Nashville community is easy and safe. First, agree to the pricing and terms for the product or service. Submit your credit card information through our secure checkout and Moontoast will charge your credit card for the listed price or winning bid. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are welcome forms of payment.
What are Members charged for using Moontoast?
There are no fees to the Member for using Moontoast's platform or technology. All pertinent fees are paid for by the Guide or the Community.
How do I bid
We recommend that you perform the following steps:

What is automatic bidding?
Our bidding system features an automatic bidding system so that you don't have to keep coming back and bidding anytime someone places another bid.
How it works:
· When you bid, enter the maximum amount you're willing to pay for the item. Other bidders and the seller don't know your maximum bid.
· The bidding system will place bids on your behalf using the bid increment amount which is based on the highest bid. It will only bid as much as necessary for you to make sure that you remain the high bidder (up to your maximum amount).
· If another bidder places the same maximum bid or higher, we'll notify you so you can place another bid.
· Your maximum is kept confidential until another bidder exceeds it.
What is a Maximum Bid?
The maximum bid is the most amount of money you are willing to pay for this item. Your maximum bid amount is kept in private; no one besides you knows this amount. The system uses this maximum bid amount to place bids on your behalf to make you the high bidder. In addition, the system continues to bid to keep you the high bidder. You will receive emails each time a bid is issued on your behalf and also if you are outbid.
What are bid increments?
The bid increment is the minimum amount by which your bid will be raised to keep you winning in auction, based on your maximum bid amount.
What determines the amount of the bid increments?
The bid increment amount is based on the current high bid on the item. The following table shows the amount of bid increments.
